Foundations
Simon McConachy established Form Architectural Building (Form) in 2017. He is a carpenter by trade with a Bachelor of Construction Management.
Starting small and growing organically, we have spent the last seven years building our company to a size that allows us to continue to deliver a high-quality product. Based in Newcastle, we work across the Hunter region on new builds, renovations and extensions.
Collaborative construction
Form provides a high level of service both in the quality of work we deliver and the relationships we build throughout the construction journey.
We take pride in providing an efficient project management approach to our jobs. From initial discussions and preliminary pricing through to construction and handover, we believe our approach to communication, transparency and quality is what sets us apart.
Relationships matter to us, be it with our clients, our team of trades or trusted suppliers. At the end of the day, better relationships deliver better outcomes for your home.
Delivering quality
We maintain our quality by restricting the amount of work we take on at any one time. We will generally only have two jobs running at once allowing Simon to be a ‘nail-bag on’ builder, meaning the person who you speak to at the start is the person building your home.
We are fortunate to have some of the best trades working with us and take pride in the work they do. The trades and suppliers we work with align to our approach to quality and are dedicated to delivering a level of finish and detail that stands the test of time.
